NCAA marketing and communications leader Amy Dunham and Indiana Governor Holcomb’s Chief of Staff Danny Lopez appointed as senior vice presidents to national social impact organization

INDIANAPOLIS— Strada Education Network, a national social impact organization, located in Indianapolis, dedicated to forging new pathways between education and employment, today announced the appointment of two local executives to senior leadership roles.

Amy Dunham, incoming senior vice president of Marketing Communications, and Danny Lopez, incoming chief of staff and senior vice president. 

Amy Dunham, currently managing director of strategic communications for the NCAA, will join Strada on June 3 as senior vice president of marketing and communications. Prior to the NCAA, where she has worked for eight years, Dunham served as a deputy assistant secretary and deputy press secretary for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Danny Lopez will join Strada on May 20 as senior vice president and chief of staff. Lopez has spent the last two years serving as deputy chief of staff to Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb. Lopez also served as chairman of the state’s newly-created Governor’s Workforce Cabinet.

Dunham graduated from Wake Forest University with dual bachelor’s degrees in communications and French language and culture. Lopez graduated from Georgia State University with a master’s degree in sports administration and marketing and holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Florida International University.
